At Finonic, we work for international digital businesses processing large volumes of transactions across multiple payment providers, banks, merchant accounts, and operational systems. As we continue scaling, payment operations become increasingly complex. Reconciliations, settlements, chargebacks, transaction fees, reserves, routing performance, and financial reporting all need to operate reliably and efficiently at scale. That’s why we’re looking for a Payment Operations Engineer. This role sits between Payments, Finance, BI, and Engineering. You’ll help automate manual processes, improve operational visibility, integrate payment systems, and build scalable workflows that reduce operational risk and improve efficiency. This is not a traditional finance role. And not a pure software engineering role either. We’re looking for someone analytical, technical, operationally minded, and curious enough to improve how things work.
